Its been two years since I last attended a Halloween party. So I was quite excited about this years celebration. I went as a viking and had found most of my gear at a thrift store.
We where a bunch of people from MeetInPrague that went out together. We started out with a couple of drinks at a bar and then headed on to theMonster Ball party.
Kathleen in her little plane is probably my favourite this year.
See the rest of my pictures from the night on Flickr.
Update Nov 4th: Prague.tv has uploaded pictures from their photographers Ian Bull, Milk Shejk and Elle Driver. And it looks like the picture used at the City Beats post about Monster Ball are with my hornsÂ
I agree I really thought Kathleen s idea was very cool
But if I see that beard again – I think I am going to scream
Michael, that costume is frightening on so many levels
Is that a skirt? Everybody I know seem to love Halloween so much, but I despite it so much. I don t like to dress up at all and don t get the point of it:p
@Ann: The beard is gone so you can relax
@Ulrik: Haha
@Bluefish: It was an attept on a viking kilt. Well I like halloween because it gives me an excuse to go out and buy plastic swords and dress up. I guess its the kid in me who really enjoys it.
Loved the outfit
It s very original. Had never seen a viking before!
I didn t dress up this year
Last time I did I was a witch
Hi Michael! Now that I m here, I wondered if your friend Kathleen wore her plane and you your Viking outfit on the Metro. If so, that would be very funny to see everyone in their costumes that night!
@wen: Now you can check viking off you list then
@karen: Yes I went with my whole outfit on trams, metro and through the streets. It was quite fun but I had to take a couple of shots from home to muster up the courage. Here s a couple of other guys we ran into in the metro
Which part of the Viking costume required depilation of hands and legs ?
@Elen: Hmm hopefully none – I would say the hairier the better.
